Dresden-Concept Genome Center (DcGC)

The DRESDEN-concept Genome Center (DcGC) constitutes a shared technology resource that offers the infrastructure for a broad range of state-of-the-art genomic technologies. Different existing facilities from its partner institutions, the Technische Universität Dresden (http://www.tu-dresden.de) and the Max Planck Institute of Molecular Cell Biology and Genetics (https://www.mpi-cbg.de) provide strong expertise in the areas of:

• Single cell applications

• De novo genome sequencing and assemblies

• A broad range of short read-based sequencing applications.
